Welcome to the Fairfield County Sports Car Club Test and Tune in the North Lot. THIS IS A FREE MEMBERS ONLY EVENT.
WE WILL ONLY BE ALLOWING 50 PARTICIPANTS AT THIS EVENT. ALL OTHERS WILL BE WAITLISTED.
In order to participate, you must be a member. To become a member, please e-mail our membership chair Becca Nell <beccamarienell@gamil.com>. She will be able to send you the membership form with information on where to send it with a check included or you can pay here. You may also sign up for membership at any event. You can become a member at this event.
If you are unsure on what class your car is in, please visit the SCCA Solo Rules Page http://www.scca.com/solo/content.cfm?cid=44517. It has links to all stock classifications as well on rules for allowed modifications per class. If you are new to autocross, I would take a few minutes to read through this information as it's very helpful.

This is a free event for MEMBERS ONLY
Event Schedule:
7:45am - 9:00am: Event Registration and Check in
8:00am - 9:30am: Tech inspection
9:30am: Rookie Walkthrough
9:45am: Drivers Meeting
10:00am: First car off!
Logistics:
- Stratford Army Engine Plant (SAEP) North lot (directions on the club schedule page)
- Registration will open at 7:45 AM and closes at 9:15 AM - late arrivals will be accepted at event chairs discretion.
- A very limited number of loaner helmets are available, so if you have your own helmet, please bring it.
Helmets meeting the following standards must be worn while on course: All helmets meeting the current or two immediately preceding (i.e., 2005 or later) Snell Foundation standards (SA, K, or M), or SFI standards 31.1A, 31.2A, 41.1A, or 41.2A are acceptable. Helmets meeting British spec BS6658-85 type A/FR are also acceptable. DOT-rated-only helmets are not acceptable, and will be impounded for the duration of the event.
- Portable toilet facilities are available on site (restaurants and gas stations with facilities are also available near the site).
Weather:
This is an outdoor event that will run until late afternoon. Autocross events are normally rain or shine, but in case of severe weather an update will be e-mailed to all pre-registered participants. Any important updates will also be posted on the FCSCC web site http://www.fcscc.com and the FCSCC Autocross Hotline (203-520-9006)
