2023 CASC-OR Annual Waiver/Licence Card

What is it?  It is a printed hard card that you can keep to show proof that you have signed the CASC-OR Road Racing Annual Waiver.  If you also hold a CASC-OR Licence, you can also request that the licence be printed on the reverse side of the same card.

Why request one?  You might find it simpler to have a card to show the registrar when checking in at events then keeping the information on your phone.  Remember that you will be asked to show proof of signing the waiver at registration.  

You can request your card at any time, but it must be picked up at one of our race events - it will not be mailed.
