INTRODUCTION TO STEWARDING

This event is intended to introduce the role of Steward to CASC-OR affiliated club members who may be interested or considering serving as officials at various CASC-OR and club motorsport events.  The event will be led by Richard Muise, CASC-OR's Chief Steward, who will describe the role Stewards play at every motorsport event, why it's important, and the duties and powers of the Stewards to ensure that the applicable regulations are both followed and enforced fairly and impartially. 

While there are no pre-requisites to attend, all those attending should read the CASC-OR General Competition Rules, available on the CASC-OR website, to help familiarize themselves with the subject.  Link to GCR's: CASC-OR GCR

This seminar will be held by Zoom on Sunday January 18, 2026 at 11:00am.  The expected length on the seminar is 1 hour but may run longer.  The link will be provided to those who register.
