Flag Meeting at 8:15
Cars on Course at 9:00

GENERAL INFORMATION

LUNCH:
We will have cafe vouchers for both days.

FRIDAY:
Friday VSCCA hopes to have their traditional barbeque party.
They will decide closer to the event if it's a go.
Should they have it, the barbecue is free for everyone.
Donations in the form of wine, beer and sodas will be gratefully accepted.

SATURDAY DINNER:
Pizza and beverages from Mizza’s at the Lime Rock Café

Event requirements

All Volunteers must...

Wear white.
Prepare for all types of weather.
Bring sun and bug protection.
Be at least 18 years of age.

Experience

Is not required but appreciated.
