About this event
The Event
After some years of searching, our friend and long time VCMC club partner, Andrew Field, has found a new facility to run AutoX. Long term access is still being evaluated, but we have been given an opportunity to have a test event to see how it will work for us. The site is much larger than what we are currently using and we are very excited for this opportunity!
We'll be running a typical autocross event. Number of run groups is TBD.
Please note: The event will NOT count towards the overall cup points.
No drop-in, online registration only (closes 48 hours before the day of the event)
Entry Fee
All entries will be screened according to experience and a few other factors. No first timers, novices, or new members will be permitted for this critical first test. If all goes well, future events will be open to all, as is our usual routine. By default, all entries will go onto the waitlist. We will review the entries and response as soon as possible.
Regular entry - $50 (closes 24 hours before the day of the event).
Cancelation Policy
No refunds are given on cancelation. Event credit may be given in extenuating circumstances solely at the discretion of organizer and will have to be requested separately.
