August Weekend Cup, Day 1 - Saturday Registration, August 22nd
VCMC AutoX Event
The Event - August Weekend Cup (Saturday) Day 1 of 2. VCMC is excited to bring you the first 2025 AutoX weekend in Merritt, BC at the Airport. This event is the first in the year and will be a double header (Saturday and Sunday). Each day is a seperate event and you can sign up for one or both (August 23 for the Sunday event). If you sign up for both, you will be elligible for the weekend Cup trophies. Your score from both Saturday and Sunday will be combined to make a total weekend score The facility offers a large apron and a full runway that can be used for the event surface. The Saturday event starts later to allow for people to have time to travel in the morning of to save on hotel costs for people who want to do both days.
The event is capped at 90 participants.
Spectators are welcome.
No drop-in, online registration only (closes 48 hours before the day of the event)
Please note that 2015 helmets are NOT qualified anymore
Camping
There is camping space on site for tents and some RV's Friday and Saturday night. Space is limited.
Dinner Saturday Evening
We've booked a heated circus tent to serve dinner whether the weather is hot or cold, sunny or rainy! This is a subsidized meal (pay $5 for approx $25-$30 value) for registered Saturday attendees only, brought to you by VCMC, to bring us all together and celebrate our shared love of motorsports. Sign up below.
Pizza and fried chicken and coleslaw for the meat lovers. Vegetarian pizza and samosas and coleslaw for the vegetarians. Or bring your own meal and join us!

Entry Fee
Regular entry - $75 (closes 48 hours before the day of the event).
Membership is included. You automatically become a member when you register and attend an event.
Cancelation Policy
No refunds are given on cancelation. Event credit may be given in extenuating circumstances solely at the discretion of organizer and will have to be requested separately.

Event requirements
General
Please read the Cup Rules and Supplemental Regulations.
Driver's License
A valid driver's license is required to participate and will be checked at the morning check in.
Technical Inspection
Your vehicle will need to display 2025 VCMC Technical Inspection sticker to be allowed to run in the event. Please fill out the technical self-declaration form and present it during the morning check-in to receive the sticker. The sticker is valid for a given vehicle for the entire year. Each vehicle needs to be declared separately.

Helmets
Drivers and ride-alongs need to wear a SNELL (2015 & 2020 M or SA) helmet. There is a limited supply of loaner helmets available, but please consider bringing your own helmet.
