SCHEDULE
08:00 - 09:00 Registration and Technical Inspection
09:00 - 09:20 Novice Drivers Meeting - Mandatory for Novices
09:30 - 10:15 Course open for walking
10:15 - 10:30 Driver's Meeting
10:30 First run group to grid
10:45 First car on track.
14:30 Last run group on track. Actual time may vary
REGISTRATION
Time Attack entrants must have a valid Time Attack or Competition license
Lapping entrants must have run at least 3 VMSC events and be a member of an FIA affiliated club
Competitors may register online or in-person on event day. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Priority will be given to members who have registered online.
Please see The Greeter upon arrival at the track and get your name on the registration list prior to your technical inspection. He or she will be at registration by the gate.
VMSC members get priority for the first 30 minutes of registration.
VMSC accepts Snell 2005 (or later) helmets for the 2018 season.
Open top cars must have a roll bar meeting CACC Time Attack rules
Please obtain and fill out a tech sheet when you arrive at the event.
All entrants are responsible for the correct classification of their car. Consult the CACC Time Attack rule book for classification.

REGISTRATION
Competitors may register here, or in-person on event day. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis with priority going to club members who have registered online.
Please see The Greeter upon arrival at the track and get your name on the registration list prior to your technical inspection. He or she will be wearing a bright yellow or orange safety vest.
We are running under 2018 CACC rules.
Please obtain and fill out a tech sheet when you arrive at the event.
All entrants are responsible for the correct classification of their car.
Consult the CACC Time Attack rules for classification.

Membership applications/renewals are available for purchase at Motorsport.reg search Victoria Motorsports Club.
Membership is $35 for 2018.
A CACC Competition License is required for TIme Attack events.
Lapping entrants must have run at least 3 VMSC events and be a member of an FIA affiliated club
We're going to cap this event at 24 cars.
NOTICES
All participants and spectators must sign the insurance waiver located at the registration desk prior to entering the track.
All drivers must present a valid license.
Minors (under 18) must have a parent/guardian sign the standard release form. This must be signed by guardian in person.
Helmets must bear a Snell 2005 or 2010 or 2015 (M or SA) certification label.
Wheels/tires to be used during the event must be installed on the vehicle prior to inspection.

Please keep noise levels to a minimum and observe all posted speed limits when traveling near the track.
Western Speedway Regulations limit noise levels on all cars to 95 dB A. We have a sound level meter at all events to observe limits.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
VMSC is a volunteer organization. We organize these events so that we may participate as well. As an entrant please offer your assistance, from technical inspection to track set up to take down. The easier the work is for the organizer the higher the likelihood of more events!
