Cars for Art: September DE
Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13, 2015.
Join us for the cooler autumn weather at HPR for RMR's September DE: Cars for Art. Our charity will be the Center for the Arts, Evergreen Capital Campaign funding to build a new community art center in Evergreen. A drawing will be held at the Saturday evening Beer 30 for an original oil painting by Evergreen artist, Chris Krieg. Chris is providing a Porsche themed work to benefit our charity. Drawing ticket prices to be announced.
Gates open at 5:00 PM Friday night, September 11, 2015.
Registration opens at 7:00 AM Saturday and Sunday
Mandatory all drivers’ meeting at 8:00 AM,(each day) first time drivers' meeting following the drivers' meeting. (each day)
Location: High Plains Raceway, 17 miles east of Byers on US-36 (Deer Trail)

Event requirements
National PCA membership number and membership status will be verified as part of the registration process. If you do not include a valid PCA membership number (or forward a pending membership confirmation from PCA to the registrar), a $10 non-member fee will be assessed.
You must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license to participate in this event. Your driver's license will be checked at registration!
You must have a Snell-certified SA2005 or M2005 or newer helmet. You must wear long pants and long sleeve shirt (made of natural fibers) and closed toe shoes while driving. Helmets will be checked at Pre-Tech or Tech at the Track. Your helmet will need an RMR/PCA sticker. A limited number of loaner helmets are available.
No convertibles or open cars without roll bars, trucks, or non-Porsche SUVs.
We cannot accomodate two (2) driver cars if both drivers are novice drivers and attending their first DE event. Also, three (3) driver cars are not allowed.
Attendance at RMR DEs at HPR will be limited to a total of 135 drivers per day, including up to 30 Novice and Beginner drivers depending on the number of Instructors registered. To implement this, everyone registering for the DE will be WAITLISTED, subject toCONFIRMATION BY THE CDIS.
Your priority in being confirmed for an event will depend on the date and time you register. When an event fills up, further priority will be given to PCA members.

Lodging is available in Byers at the Longhorn Budget Host Motel contact # 303-822-5205.
Lodging is also available at the Byers Inn. Rates are $80. single occupancy and $95. double occupancy. Rooms have a private bath and a continental breakfast is included. Rooms are also available in private homes. Rates are $70 single and $85 double. These are either a shared or private bath. A continental breakfast is also included.
