Registration Fees:

Friday evening Meet & Greet social at beautiful St. Clair Winery & Bistro, 1720 Avenida de Mesilla, Las Cruces, NM 88005 - $15.00.  Price includes a glass of St. Clair's award-winning wine, or beer, and succulent appetizers including some of St. Clair Winery's most popular hot and cold favorites.  Enjoy live Jazz music on the front lawn of the Bistro.  Receive your registration packet upon check-in. 

Registration for Drivers education and Autocross, includes Saturday & Sunday- $200.00 if registered by Oct 19th.  Includes BBQ lunch at the track, both days.

Drivers education Saturday ONLY- $125.00 if registered by Oct 19th.  Includes lunch at the track. 

Autocross Sunday ONLY- with T-Shirt- $110.00 if registered by Oct 19th.  Sunday ONLY without T-Shirt $90.00 if registered by Oct 19th.  Sunday-ONLY registration includes lunch at the track.

Saturday Banquet - from $20.00 to $30.00, depending on your meal choice. St. Clair Winery & Bistro offers four delicious meal options to choose from. Meals include one glass of wine, beer, tea, or soda-pop. Enjoy live music all night long.  See www.carreraregion.org for more details.

This newly renovated (in June 2012), 3+ Star hospitality accommodation is offering event participants a discounted room rate of just $89.00, per night for a King Suite or Double/Double Suite. Premier Suites are offered at $119.00 per night*.  Every room is a Suite, measuring over twice the size of a standard hotel room.  Every room has brand new mattresses, A/C, fridge, microwave, kitchenette, sofa, table, free high-speed internet + wi-fi, and more.  All rooms are plus applicable taxes.  Limited to 25 rooms.  Every reservation includes a free day-pass to Planet Fitness.  Free hot breakfast including: scrambled or hard boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, sweet rolls, a waffle station, cereals, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, milk, coffee, and more.  The hotel offers a jacuzzi, heated outdoor pool, firepit lounge area, and plenty of indoor and outdoor lounge seating for your relaxation and enjoyment.  There will be roped-off, "Porsche Only" parking directly in front of the main hotel entrance, for your convenience.

Rates quoted above do not include local sales tax of 7.56% and lodgers tax of 5.0% totaling 12.56% and a $2.50 city sur-charge per room per night. All taxes are subject to change.  Negotiated group-room rates are net, non-commissionable.  Reservations must be made by October 12th, 2012.  Check-in 3pm, check-out 12 noon. 

Cancellation/Cutoff Date:  September 29, 2012, Cancellation notice must be received on or prior to this date or a penalty of 25% of the confirmed room nights, multiplied by client’s average room rate, may be billed.  All individual guests have until 6pm.
