About this event
Northeast Musclecar Challenge is a 2 1/2 day event.
Thursday all drives get 7 sessions on Pittsburgh International Race Complex's North Track. A session is approx. 15 minutes long.
Friday and Saturday is Autocross on 3 different tracks. Scoring from all for events decide the overall winner.
Lunch is provided on all 3 days.
Dinner is provided on Thursday and Friday.
We generally have well over 100 dozen home-made cookies for snacking on during the event.
The event ends at noon on Saturday with lunch then awards around 1pm.
Cars must be V8 American made cars only. 200 Tread wear minimum to be eligible for awards. No Kumo tires or Vitour P1 tires
Event requirements
Approved Helmets are required in all segments.
Harness or seat belt required. Recomment harness for raod racing.
Fire extinguisher required in all cars.
No Passengers on road race segment except our instructors.
Instructors availible at event at no charge.
Road race only: No shorts, long pants required. Fire suit highly recommended. HANS device highly reocommended.
Autocross: Shorts allowed
Kumho Tires are not eligible for awards, will run exhibition
Vitour P1 Tires are not allow, not even for exhibition
