Pricing Per Day: 

 Signup no later than midnight on Sunday, May 26 for $40 off your registration! (It will apply automatically at checkout) 

Member Pre-Registration (to be completed 10 days prior to close of registration) $295

Guest Pre-Registration $335

Late Registration Fee (Registration inside 10 days to the event start) $55

Walk-ins are welcome if we have space available but there will be a $20 walk-in fee on top of the late registration fee

Additional $20 Discount for Members who signup 30 days or more from start of the event (cannot be combined with any other early reg discounts)

Cancelation Insurance: $30/day allows a 50% Credit for Non-Member Cancelations. Current 2019 Members will receive a 90% credit - Please read the cancelation policy carefully

Cancellation Policy:

If you cannot make an event you registered for, you are free to sell your spot to another qualified student. No refunds will be given, no exceptions. Cancellation Insurance (CI) is available for $30 per day. This will allow you to take a 50% credit for guests, or a 90% credit for members minus the CI fee and any late registration fee if you need to cancel. CI cancellations must be emailed to moe@moehpde.com or made in person by 9AM the morning of the event. CI must be purchased at the time of registration. Purchasing CI will also allow you to take a credit for mechanical failures. Mechanical failure before the START of the THIRD session gets a 50% credit, no credits will be given after the THIRD session starts. CI does not cover failures related to wear items such as Tires, Brake Pads, or Rotors.  For those paying cash, a credit card hold will be placed for the full amount at the time of registration in order to hold your spot. No call/No shows will not be refunded or credited for any reason. No exceptions!
