Cheers to the New Year!  Please join us at First Settlers Region's Holiday Party at Williamsburg Winery in Williamsburg, on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 6PM.

Kick off 2026 with your FSR friends and enjoy a great dinner, conversation, a few glasses of wine and live dance music from the East Coast's #1 dance band, HOTCAKES. led by FSR's very own meister on the bass, Bobby Smith!  Your elected officers and Board of Directors will be introduced as well as a rundown of the activities planned for the upcoming year.



The evening will begin at 5PM with cocktails (cash bar) and hors d'oeuvres, followed by an Italian Buffet dinner, a few announcements, then we'll get down with HOTCAKES.

Back by popular demand, we'll also be conducting our famous White Elephant silent auction.  Have an item you'd like to re-gift?  Bring it to the event and raise money for our charities. Our last auction in 2019 was very successful and most of the items were quite popular.  Of course, don't forget to bring your checkbook so you can bid and win!  If you'll be bringing an item, please let our Eastern VP, Josie Grandfield, know so that she can have a bid sheet ready: anurse47@yahoo.com.

Event cost is $90 per person.

Why not make a weekend of it?  Wedmore Place, the winery's boutique hotel located on-site, is offering special room rates for our event, which will be reduced as the room block fills up. The more rooms we book, the lower the rate.... 10% discount if we book 5-15 rooms, 15% discount if we book 16-27 rooms and 20% discount if we book the entire 28-room hotel.

When you register for the event, the room block password will be included in your MotorsportReg confirmation.  Initial room rates are:

Superior: $218/night + taxes/fees (5 available)
