Participant welcome reception opens at 8:00 a.m. Plan to arrive early enough to sign the event participation form, fill out your timing slip, prepare your car, and have it checked by our tech team. For various reasons, safety being paramount, all drivers must be present for driver’s meeting in order to participate that day. Driver’s meetings will be held at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event with tech beginning at 8:00 a.m.
