OCR-Walter's Car Control Clinic-El Toro
The OCR/Walter’s Porsche AutoX Series Championship season will kick-off in February 2012 at El Toro Field, Irvine. The inaugural event of the season is the OCR Walter's Drivers’ Clinic. This is a great starting point for anyone to learn better car control and have fun with your Porsche. You will be provided an Instructor for the day and, after the morning car control exercises, a mini-AutoX course will be set up for you to practice your newly learned skills. This is more fun than you can imagine and everyone learns at their own pace!
Even if you are not interested in AutoX events, this is a great starting point to learn better car control and have fun with your Porsche. If you would like to proceed further, this Clinic helps prepare you for future AutoX and Track events.
Please Note: Lunch will be provided as part of the Clinic!!!
Registration
- To register for this event, you must join the "PCA Orange Coast" Driving Events group at motorsportreg.com.
- Every driver requires their own motorsportreg.com account; your account can only be used to register yourself (spouses & co-drivers must register separately).
Payment
- You must use either Visa or MasterCard to register.
- Your credit card will not be charged until after the event.
- If you need to cancel you can cancel on-line by Friday 6 pm prior to the event. Note if cancelation is not received your credit card will be charged.
Schedule
- Gates open 6:30
- Arrive no later than 7:30

Event requirements
Pre-Registration Requirements:
No prior experience required.
Instructors will be provided by OCR.
Tech Inspection:
All entrants must present a completed Tech Inspection form to the Tech Inspection Team at the event.

We strongly encourage all drivers to have their cars ‘Pre-Teched’ prior to Driving events. Details are posted on the AutoCross& DETT Forum on the PCAOCR website: http://www.pcaocr.com
PCAOCR Walter's Car Control Clinic does not require Helmets. However,
Helmets are required for all other Driving events. We do have a limited number of loaners that are available.
