Zenith Aircraft Tour - Mexico MO (PCA St. Louis Group)

MEETING LOCATION: Commuter Parking Lot in O'Fallon MO.
DIRECTIONS: From the East: Take HWY 40 west to HWY K exit. Turn LEFT on HWY K then LEFT at the T-Section. Then follow the road to the Commuter Parking Lot located on the right (South side).
DIRECTIONS: From the West: Take HWY 40 east to HWY K exit. Go striaght on the outer road till you come to the Commuter Parking Lot located on the right (South side)

It’s been six years since we made the run to Mexico, Missouri to see the magic that Porschephile Sebastian Heintz and the crew at Zenith Aircraft have been turning out for sport aircraft enthusiasts. Zenith Aircraft manufactures sport aircraft kits which pilots can assemble to build their own light, two-place sport aircraft. Zenith makes a couple different models of light aircraft kits which are shipped around the world for the enjoyment of private pilots.
Mid-Missouri members are welcoming St. Louis PCA members to join them in making a return visit to Zenith on July 18th to see what’s new in the sports flying world. Zenith has recently upgraded it’s manufacturing equipment to allow it to turn sheet aircraft aluminum into easily assembled pieces that become a nimble aircraft for fun flying.
St. Louis members will gather at Commuter Parking Lot for a driver’s meeting, to complete the necessary paperwork and waiver signing and instructions before hitting the road at 9:15 am for the drive over the winding roads of central Missouri to the Zenith Aircraft facility at the Mexico, MO Memorial Airport with the goal to arrive at Zenith shortly before noon.
After the tour, everyone is invited to head down the street to the Mexico Elks Lodge to enjoy the Elk’s Charity Car Show sponsored by Graf & Sons Sporting Goods and Shoot- ing Supplies. The Car Show features classic American cars, trucks, hot rods and motor- cycles. The BBQ and beverages will be available for purchase from the Elk’s Charities staff. All proceeds from the car show will support the Elk’s charity work throughout Missouri.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, face masks and social distancing is strongly encouraged.
