Xtreme Xperience Worker Registration - NCCAR

This registration is for staff and volunteers. If you are not an existing member of our staff and would like to join us for one or more of our tour stops this year, please reach out to info@xxspeed.com. We are currently looking for local help for the following areas: Professional Driving Instructor, and Guest Service Associate. Please check other events for other available positions.

Event requirements
Positions Available for This Event
- New Instructor: Must complete the vetting and mentorship process prior to attending an event and meet minimum requirements posted below.
- Professional Driving Instructor: Must be pre-approved by XX to apply for this role.
- Lead Instructor: Must be pre-approved by XX to apply for this role.
- Senior Lead Instructor: Must be pre-approved by XX to apply for this role.
- Guest Service Associate Tier 1: Must have prior work history with XX to apply for this position.
- Guest Service Associate Tier 2: Entry level event help.
- Event Photographer: Must have knowledge of photography and be experienced in using a DSLR Camera.
This event the Chicago based team will be flying to this event. Flights into RDU (Raliegh Durham International) arriving before 8:00 pm on Thursday will have ground transportation provided.
ALL workers are automatically placed ON HOLD when registering. You are not confirmed for any event until you receive a confirmation email stating so. The number of staff needed to host an event fluctuates based on the number of bookings. If you are moved from ON HOLD to WAIT LIST NEW, this means you may be needed, not that you are confirmed. A specific email stating CONFIRMED will be sent out when this happens. This email will contain a confirmation deadline, likely 2 weeks out from the event, and other information.
GUEST SERVICE ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum requirements:
Must be 18 years old
1 year of guest service or similar experience
Basic knowledge of cars
Ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours a day
Good social interaction skills

Instructor Position Requirements
New Instructors must be vetted prior to being confirmed for an event. Please see the enclosed information below and follow the proceedure outlined. If you have additional questions on the approval process, please contact Jim@xxspeed.com.
Instructor levels are based on prior experience with XX.
Minimum requirements for potential New Instructors:
***Must be 18 years old and in good health
***Up to date physical within the last 5 years
5+ years of consistant track experience or
3+ years of wheel 2 wheel compitition road racing or
7+ years of competitive autocross and considerable recent experience at high speed events and
***10+ events instructing with another organization within the past 18 months
***MSF Level I

(Potential Instructor aplicants should expect to be able to Instruct at speeds up to 150mph with your Guest.)

Once you successfully complete your NI event, you will need to complete a PDI Independent Contractor Agreement and return it to Katie@xxspeed.com. You will also be eliable for Direct Deposit at that point. Direct deposit inquiries can be sent to: Accounting@xxspeed.com.
