Women in Motorsports Event!
Ladies come and participate in our upcoming twilight hours event @ Mission Raceway/Speed Fanatics Motorsports Circuit July 15, 2024
The event runs from 4:00 PM to 9:00PM. Attendance at the evening drivers meeting is mandatory.
Women drivers can enjoy the evening experiencing the thrill of driving on a race track with other like-minded drivers. Learn the skills, make new friends that share the same passion in Motorsports, plus have a time to be remembered!
Women Drivers with previous track day experience are welcome to join this group.
Event Pricing:
Early Bird - $200 GST included in price. Register Before July 1, 2024
Entry Fee - $250 GST included in price.
NOTE: We will not accept walk-in registrations on the day of the event.
General Timeline:
Gates open 4pm.
Drivers meeting 4:35.
On track activities start 5pm.
Final checkered flag 9pm.
Event requirements
Requirements:
Valid drivers licence is required.
Velocity Autosports reserves the right to forbid any vehicle from participating if felt unsafe at the event to participate. Refunds will NOT be provided to drivers whose vehicles fail to meet this. Please have your vehicles inspected by your service shop before the event to ensure your car is ready. If you are unsure or need recommendations for service shops please contact us for referrals.
Convertible Vehicles:
Soft top and convertible cars insured by ICBC are welcomed to join the event.
Helmets:
Requirements: Any helmet with DOT or SNELL approval.
Loaner helmets are available. Please reserve one on Motorsportreg to ensure you get one. Otherwise they will be available on first come, first serve basis.
Guests:
Guests are welcome at the event, and will have to sign the waiver release forms just like the drivers.
Drivers may not take passengers out unless approved by the lead instructor. Passengers must have signed waiver release forms, and must have an approved helmet. Wrist bands will be issued to registered guests, and passengers will be checked for proper wristband before being allowed on the track. Velocity Autosports reserves the right to not allow passengers at any time.
