West Virginia Fall Colors Tour

PCA Chesapeake’s Tour & Rally Committee is pleased to offer as its 11th event of the year the West Virginia Fall Colors Tour on Oct. 30th. We will drive from Middletown, MD, to Berkeley Springs, WV, in the morning, have lunch, and drive some more in the afternoon, and then conclude the tour with some ice cream. Note that our events are subject to change. (v01, Oct. 2, 2022)

WHEN and WHERE

• When: Oct. 30, 2022, Sunday
• Assembly time: 9:30 AM; drivers’ meeting 9:45; departure of first group of cars 10:00    
• Assembly point: Middletown, MD. Address TBA via e-mail to registrants on Oct. 29th.
• Lunch Destination: Canary Grill, Berkeley Springs, WV. ETA: 12:00 noon.
• Optional Lunch: Couples and individuals may order and pay for lunch at the restaurant. A la carte.
• Afternoon Drive: 1:30-2:30 PM, Berkeley Springs to Paw Paw, then back to Berkeley Springs, WV
• Return Drive: 3:00-4:45 PM, Berkeley Springs to South Mountain Creamery, Middletown, MD
• Tour’s End: Parking lot of South Mountain Creamery. ICE CREAM TIME!

REGISTRATION

• Registration for this tour will open on Oct. 8th at 1 pm and close on Oct. 26th at 1 pm.
• $5 registration fee for each adult. Maximum $10 per car. No fee for minors (17 and younger).
• First week of registration reserved for PCA Chesapeake members (until October 15th); all PCA members may register starting October 16th.
• This event's capacity is limited. Please sign up ASAP. 
• Drivers must be licensed adults.
• Cancellations must be made before the closing of registration to obtain payment refunds.
