A drive to welcome new members to the Arizona Region!
Following our annual New Members Day event on Saturday we have planned a driving tour to one of the club's favorite destinations, Bartlett Lake. We will meet at the Coffee Plantation in Scottsdale, a frequent starting point for AZPCA driving tours. The tour will follow an interesting and scenic route through Scottsdale and North Phoenix, then through Carefree. The beautiful Sonoran Desert views will highlight one of the best Porsche roads in the Valley on our way to Bartlett Lake. There we will enjoy a buffet lunch at The Cove restaurant, which has hosted our club for previous events and always serves a delicious menu.
The lunch menu:
- Caesar Salad
- Ratatouille (squash, zucchini, eggplant, onion, tomato, Sunday sauce, fresh basil)
- Fingerling potatoes with rosemary/thyme
- Roasted chicken with herbs and roasted garlic
- Dessert Station -- featuring soft-serve ice cream
- Soda, ice tea, coffee
The cost is $34 per person.
