Please register here if you will be a going to the track for Test & Tune. Maximum 15 drivers and one extra person per driver.
At this time the track will remain open for unscheduled Test & Tune days. we will monitor government advisories and act on them accordingly in a rational, calm manner. In order to be able to continue the Test & Tune days, or as some call it open practice, we will would like you to carefully read and follow the following:
1) We would like to remind everyone of general hygiene practices and government advisories (ie hand washing, distancing). As well as recommending that everyone keeps gloves on as much as possible, even work gloves help prevent transmission.
2) Anyone ill or vulnerable stay home, as well as those who have traveled recently and anyone else deemed a risk per the Canadian government.
3)There will be no in person registration or administrative gatherings indoors. Registration can be completed online so there is no need to risk being in close proximity. We will mail gate keys to you if you didn't receive any yet.
4) It is mandatory to register with MSR before coming to practice so that we can keep a list of the people in attendance. This to monitor the maximum as set per government regulations and in case of the unlikely event that someone tests positive and those nearby can be notified and quarantine appropriately.
5) The main gate should be kept closed but not locked at all times, to discourage public entry to the track.
6) Limit the amount of people at the track as much as possible. There is a maximum of not more than one support person per driver.
7) Spread out your pit areas as much as possible and keep to yourself. We have 17 acres to use, no need to be next door to each other.
8) Better not to share or borrow tools. If you do, use gloves and use some lysol. Consider this with other shared items such as the locks, air compressor etc..
9) The main washroom facilities will remain closed. There is one portable unit available for use with caution.
10) Bring your own hand cleaner, wipes and disinfectant.
Event requirements
By going out to the facility you will most likely encounter other members, and consequently you are putting yourself and them at risk by doing so. This is your choice. You responsible for taking that choice. Not the club. If you're not feeling well, have heath issues or you traveled recently be responsible stay home. Don't put yourself or other people at risk.
