Platinum & dealer memberships

The following memberships can be registered here:

• Platinum Dealer & Platinum family Memberships
• Additional (Second) Platinum membership transfers
• Non practice Dealer memberships
• Practice Dealer memberships

Platinum Memberships (Dealer and Family):

All platinum memberships need to be registered every year to ensure all proper waivers are signed and submitted. 

Additional (Second) Platinum memberships:

All the platinum memberships were sold with an additional family membership. If the platinum member transfers this membership this has to be registered here to ensure all the proper waivers are signed and submitted. Note, only 1 membership per platinum membership can be transferred.  

Non practice dealer membership:

Dealer Membership, Non Practice: $ 750 / year + GST
Introduced for members who don’t need a driver/floater pass but do generate revenue at the facility.
Includes: - Practice (non family) Membership to WCKC for 1 dealer principle only. Non-transferable.

- The right to sell products or services at WCKC
- Listing on website at no cost.
- Advertising sign for a reduced rate
- Day passes for a reduced rate
- Dealers are required to be registered as a motorsport related business with the CRA

Practice dealer membership:

Dealer Membership, Practice: $ 1500 / year + GST
Introduced for members who need a driver/floater pass and generate revenue at the facility.
Includes: - Family Membership to WCKC for 1 dealer principle only. Non-transferable.

- 1 Dealer driver pass/floater pass
- The right to purchase additional driver/floater passes per WCKC rate sheet.
- The right to sell products or services at WCKC
- Listing on website at no cost.
- Advertising sign for a reduced rate
- Day passes for a reduced rate
- Dealers are required to be registered as a motorsport related business with the CRA

***Always check the calendar on the website to make sure the track is available for practice before you go out! ***

Volunteer program now applies to ALL memberships, including Platinum memberships.

You can choose to pay the volunteer bond in full upon renewing or applying for a membership. If you decide to full fill the volunteer position requirements during the season WCKC will issue a refund cheque.  Please indicate if you would like to pay off the volunteer bond.
