Event requirements
Registration Deadline is the Wednesday prior to the event. A late registration may be approved with a $150 late fee charged, please email kjackson@motoamerica.com if registration is closed and you wish to pay the fee and register late.

COI Requirements: Daytona-COI-request.pdf A Certificate of Insurance must meet the requirements in order to be allowed into the event. The COI must be submitted ONE week prior to the event.
FOOD SALES: Please note that vendors may not sell or distribute food at this event.
Event Details:
Set up: Wednesday: from 1pm-5 pm or Thursday 8am-5pm. Must be set-up by Thursday at 5 pm
Move out: Must be moved out by 7pm on Saturday.
EVENT DATES & TIMES March 5-7, 8-5 pm (subject to change)
MUST be in operation from 8am-5pm on Friday and Saturday of the EVENT DATES.
