Vegas AutoFest 2020
A Whole Car Week in One Day
This year's Vegas AutoFest is going to be better than last year. It will be held on September 19, 2020 at Red Rock Country Club. The cars will be staged on the grass golf fairways. The American Muscle cars will be on the 1st fairway, the Porsches will be on the north end of the 18th fairway and the European cars will be on the south end of the 18th fairway.
Temperatures will be taken upon entry. Facial coverings will be required (expect while eating and drinking). Social distance policies will be practiced at all times.
Coffee and donuts will be served in the morning for the entrants with vehicles. Lunch will be served for a nominal amount on the golf driving range located between the two fairways.
Registration will be in multiple levels. These will include:
1. Spectator Show Entrance: This Entrance level includes:
- 100% of fee goes directly to charity.
- Free bottled water.
- General entry will be at 10:00 a.m.
- Cost of this entry will be $10.00.
- Spectators will park in the Las Vegas Ball Park parking lot located just east of Downtown Summerlin and south of City National Arena. One of four buses will then transport you to Red Rock Country Club for the Vegas Autofest.
2. Display Vehicle Show Entrance. This Entrance level includes:
- Allows 1 car display on show grounds.
- General access roll in from 7:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
- Free coffee and donuts, free bottled water, access to view all show grounds.
- Free 8:00 p.m. Concert Access.
- Cost for this entry will be $35.00.
3. The VIP Show Package.This Entrance level includes:
- Allows 1 car display at Premium Area on show grounds.
- Early access roll in 5:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
- Driver and 1 Guest.
- Two (2) meal tickets, two (2) Cocktail tickets, two (2) Soda tickets.
- Free coffee and donuts, Free bottled water, access to view all show grounds.
- Free 8:00 p.m. Concert access.
- Cost for this entry will be $95.00.
4. The Top of The Rock (Premium Experience). This Entrance level includes:
- Allows 1 car in Premium Procured Display Area on show grounds.
- Early access roll in 5:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.
- All Food and Bars for Driver and 1 Guest.
- Access to The Paddock Area inside the Red Rock Club House.
- Hot breakfast Buffet in Paddock Area.
- Open Bar at all available drink locations at the show.
- Food in show area, Brunch inside the Paddock area from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- One (1) year Membership to the Paddock Private Auto Club.
- Free 8:00 p.m. Concert access with Open Food and Beverages.
- Cost for this entry will be $500.00.
Additional lunches will be available at a cost of $10.00.
This year's charity will be Serving our Kids. This organization serves homeless and at-risk school children in the Las Vegas Valley by providing weekend meal bags.
100% of the donations go to the kids.
Event requirements
We look forward to you attending this year's Vegas AutoFest.
To complete your registration you will have to do the following on the next pages:
1. Confirm your PCA Member # and Zone or leave blank if you are not part of PCA.
2. Under "Guest #1", enter your full name, enter your car information (Year, Make, Model, Color and Special information), then decide and mark which entry package you want to attend under. Choose one of three (3) different levels for your vehicle entry.
3. Add additional lunches as needed.
4. Under "Guest #2", entry your second person or leave blank if you are not bringing someone.
5. Print out the Release and Waiver under the "New Information" section, read, sign and bring it with you on September 19th.
6. Proceed to Checkout.
