EVENT SCHEDULE
Saturday April 27, 2013
6:30 am Track gate opens
7:00am - 2:00pm Registration at Club House
7:00am - 3:00pm All Tech Open (Closed for lunch)
7:30 am PDX Meeting at Club House (mandatory for all PDX participants)
8:00am - 15 minute practice sessions, race groups 1-5
Followed by 15 Minute PDX, group 6 ~9:30 am (Held under SCCA Time Trial Rules)
9:45am - 20 minute qualifying session, race groups 1-5
Followed by 20 minute PDS, group 6, ~ 11:00 am (Held under SCCA Time Trial Rules)
Lunch following PDX, group 6. Lunch provided for workers at the Club House.

After Lunch - 20 Minute PDX, group 6 (Held under SCCA Time Trial Rules)
Followed by 18 Lap Rational Races, Groups 1 - 5
Followed by 20 Minute PDX (Held under SCCA Time Trial Rules)
SCCA Race Party following last track session at ECR Club House
Event requirements
This is a level one PDX as defined by the SCCA. Driver qualification will be as follows:

Hold a current SCCA Competition license, or a history of tracking events with other SCCA recognized organizations such as PCA, NASA, CHIN, BMW, PBOC, etc; or

Hold a current SCCA PDX License; or
-
Hold an SCCA PDX log book that indicates the ability to 'solo' and has successfully completed at least 3 SCCA PDX events; or
-
Receive an entry waiver from the PDX Chief Driving Instructor.
If you do not meet the requirements of 1-3 above, you can request an entry waiver by contacting the Registrar, Matt Lucas (solorx7@verizon.net). All drivers approved for participation who DO NOT meet 1-3 above will need to have an instructor assigned to them for all sessions. PDX Log Books will be provided at registration. The log books will be filled out after each session and can be used toward PDX licensing.
There will be a MANDATORY PDX drivers meeting at 7:30 on Saturday. Failure to attend this meeting will prohibit you from participating that day.
The Chief Steward, Chief Safety Steward and Chief Driving Instructor have the authority to disqualify participants for failure to follow event rules, both on and off track.
