Gates open at 7:00am with on-track activities from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
Track Days are open to both new and experienced drivers looking to join a community, improve their driving, learn safe track etiquette, and have a fun day.
There are a total of 4 driver groups with SIX 15 minute sessions on-track.
Regular Driver (Groups A,B,C)
A - Advanced. Comfortable, competent and safe track driver in a reliable car. Designated Passing Zones & Point By's Requried
B - Intermediate. Average paced driver. Designated Passing Zones & Point By's Requried
C - Beginner/ Relaxed. You just want to be on track driving at "your own pace". Designated Passing Zones & Point By's Requried
New/ Novice Driver (Group D)
This is your first Track Event
New/ Novice drivers drive together in a dedicated NON-TIMED run group. The focus is on instruction and learning the track.
Coaching will be provided to to the novice group in either a lead-follow format or in-vehicle instruction.
Entry Fee

*No refunds within one month of the event date. All refunds are subject to a mandatory 20% cancellation fee
A timing transponder is avaible for groups A,B,C and is offered to drivers at our cost of $30. Timing/ a Transponder is NOT required to participate in a lapping day.
All drivers must register seperately. If you'd like to share a car (Dual drive), you MUST email us before registering the second driver. There are challenges with sharing a car at a Time Trials event. While it has been done before, we strongly recommend sticking to one driver in one car.
Additional Notes:
1) A valid drivers license is required (BC, Alberta, or Washington). No additional licenses are required.
2) Vehicle numbers are required for timed groups (optional for new/ novice drivers)
3) All registrations must be accompanied by electronic payment.
4) Your entry fee does not include lunch.
5) Registrants will be responsible for their own track clean-ups, vehicle tow fees, track or transponder damage, or any associated fees billed to SGMC.

4:00 pm - Track Closed
5:00 pm - Premises must be vacated
Vehicle Requirements
If your vehicle has been well maintained and your brakes have been recently serviced, you are likely eligible to participate.
Technical inspection is mandatory for all cars with special attention given to brakes, suspension, and loose articles in the car. The responsibility is on the participant to ensure that the car's and driver’s equipment complies with all rules and regulations. The very act of registering/ driving to/at the track is deemed to be an acceptance of this responsibility. Please contact the registrar with any questions after registering.
Convertibles: Convertibles must meet SCCA Time Trials Safety AND must be actively insured for road use.
Tech inspection includes, but is not limited to:
-Brake pads (min. 50% all around), fluid has been recently flushed and pedal is firm. Brake rotors are not cracked
-Steering components and suspension components (Ball-joints, bushings) are tight
-No leaking fluids
-Battery is secure
-No loose items in car (Any non-bolted drivers floor mats must be removed)
-Proper tires and tread depth for the weather
-Wheel nuts/ bolts are torqued
-No cracks in windscreen greater than 4"
-No loose body panels
-Seat belts are working perfectly; (SFI or FIA rated are recommended).
-Closed toe footwear
Sound Limit
Track noise limit is 95db measured 50 feet from the racing line. Vehicles that exceed the sound limit will not be permitted to run.
Helmets
Head & Neck restraint system (Hans/ Hybrid S) is required for anyone using 4, 5, or 6 point seat belts
All drivers and passengers must wear a Snell SA 2015 or Snell M helmet (Snell M rated helmets require a balaclava) when on track and any designated hot areas. Any car with a roll bar/ cage must use a Snell SA helmet (Snell M not allowed). When in doubt, buy a new SA2025 helmet.
