This time we are trying something different!  This Wine Tasting Dinner will be held at Parc Bistro, where their chef has designed a special four course dinner for you to pair with wines that are (mostly) from Sonoma.

This next installment of our ever popular Wine-Pairing series promises to be fantastic -- don't miss it!

This fantastic meal includes:

1) Smoked Trout Mousse

2) Lobster Corn Bisque

3) Wild Mushroom Risotto

4) Filet Mignon with Perigourdine Sauce

The $159 per person price includes all food and drink, featuring four different courses,  each paired with perfectly-matched wine.
