Come and join us in Gimli Motorsport Park for an OPEN SKIDPAD DRIFT DAY!
All you need is a well maintained street car that's wider than it is tall and a helmet! If you need a helmet, we have several for rent!
FRI DAY SCHEDULE:
REGISTRATION: 12:00PM

SATURDAY SCHEDULE:
REGISTRATION: 9:00AM
DRIVERS MEETING: 9:45AM
TRACK HOT: 10:00AM-4:00PM

Event requirements
All drivers must attend a driver's meeting prior to hitting the track.
What you need for this event: Daily driven street car. (You do not need a sports car!) Vehicle must be in reasonable condition Must be dimensionally wider than it is tall All maintenance up to date (oil changes, brake pads and fluid changes) Tires in reasonable condition (Tread left, no bulges or cracks) Current SNELL helmet (2005 or newer) Motorcycle (SNELL M) Special Application (SNELL SA) SA is highly recommended SA is mandatory for all vehicles with factory or aftermarket roll over protection Plastic Tub to house your belongings while on track. Must be pre-paid...No TRACK PAYMENT!
***VEHICLE MUST BE FREE OF LOOSE ITEMS****
Special notes for convertibles: Hard top convertibles are permitted providing they are equipped with the original OEM hard top. Aftermarket hard top equipped vehicles are NOT PERMITTED unless the vehicle has factory or aftermarket installed roll-over protection! Soft top convertibles are NOT PERMITTED unless the vehicle has factory or aftermarket installed roll-over protection! OEM installed roll-over protection includes but not limited to: roll hoops behind driver and passenger headrests, pyrotechnic roll bars, etc... If you are unsure if your vehicle qualifies, please contact the event registrar for more information.
***CAR NUMBERS WILL BE REQUIRED*** numbers need to be easy to identify and on both sides of the vehicle.
