About this event
- You must be a current BMW CCA member. You can join or reinstate by calling the BMW CCA at 864-250-0022 or http://bmwcca.org/join.
- Our price is $70. We limit the number of driver and instructor registrations in order to provide a high quality driving experience.
- There may be more than one driver per car, but each driver MUST register individually. Please let us know on your registration if there are two drivers in one car so we can split you into different run-groups.
- If you would like guidance during the event from an instructor, please email motorsports@sandlapperbmw.org with your request in ADVANCE, so we can place you in the appropriate run group.
- You need to be sure that your car is in good working order with properly inflated tires, everything is cleaned out of the interior and trunk, and you must have a Snell SA2010 rated helmet or newer. Motorcycle helmets are NOT acceptable! We do have loaner helmets and head-socks for participants in case you do not own a helmet. There is typically sharing of the borrowed helmets among participants.We will have torque wrenches available to be sure your lug bolts are tight. You must complete a tech inspection form and present it at check in, you will receive a link to the form after registration closes.
- Day-of-the-event driver check in, signing of waivers will start at 8 a.m. The driver's meeting will start at 9 am sharp. Please be on-time as you cannot start until these things are complete. The event typically lasts until 5 pm, or until dark. The event runs rain or shine. Driver's meeting is mandatory, do not miss it.
- BMW or MINI only.

Email is our only source of communication for this event. - Instructors must contact motorsports@sandlapperbmw.org for verification and pass code for registration.
Event requirements
No refunds after Sunday, January 2 unless your spot is filled.
Credit card will be charged January 2.
All cancelations incur a $20 cancelation fee.
