Thursday
- Gates open, 10 am officials, 11 am sponsors, 12 pm all other participants.
Friday
Mandatory Riders Meeting 8:00 am (If you arrive later in the day, or not until Saturday, please see AHRMA Referee Bill Doran before you go on the track)
- Gates open, 7:00 am-9:00 pm
- Tech Hours: 7:00 am-5 pm
- Registration Hours: 7:00 am-5:00 pm
- Practice, 9:00 am-5:00 pm
AHRMA Roadracing School – all day. If you did not register online, report to registration by 7:00 am
Saturday
- Gates open: 7:00 am-9:00 pm
- Tech Hours: 7:00 am-5 pm
- Registration Hours: 7:00 am - 8:00 am
- Practice: 8:00-9:30 am (one round of practice)

Gas: yes
Gate Fee: $30/three days, $25/two days, $15/one day.
Concessions: Yes. Hours of operations, Gate opening to Event ending or later if so requested. Full menu breakfast, lunch, dinner. Catering available if so desired. Engroff Catering a local five star caterer, manages all of our concessions any only serves fresh foods. Full service adult beverage bars available.
Camping: Yes. With Electrical $40.00 per day. Primitive Camping free HMP has a massive amount of paved pit areas. As well (24)VIP, sponsor, or VIP Racer RV electrical spots, (62) Racer RV electrical spots, an on site RV dump station. (2) 150'x50' in door drive through buildings equipped with in ground scales and can be used for other activities as need. (12) each air-conditioned private showers and spotless restrooms. A two story Timing Scoring Starting line building elevator equipped. Housed within it is multiple media rooms and private class rooms as well as a racer registration center.

HELMET STANDARD: SNELL M2015 IS REQUIRED
BACK PROTECTOR REQUIRED
MUST PROVIDE Personal Medical Insurance Company & Policy Number. *AHRMA requires that every participant carry personal health insurance; it is wise to consult your individual carrier for coverage details. Jones Birdsong Insurance offers AHRMA members an affordable Rider Accident Medical Plan, which, under competition situations, may offer better coverage than a person’s general health insurance. TRANSPONDERS ARE REQUIRED! To rent a transponder, please add it to the registration.

Before AHRMA issues a road race number, you must provide proof that within the past two years, you have competed with another road racing organization or have successfully completed a road racing school (please provide a copy of road race license or certificate).
