About this event
Join the Badger Bimmers for a drivers’ education event at Road America near Elkhart Lake, Wi.
All students and instructors get four 25 minute on-track sessions per day on Saturday and Sunday. There will be thirteen 25 to 40 minute sessions on Friday for advanced students and instructors only. There will also be an instructor clinic on Friday. The clinic is limited to 10 participants.
If you have questions about the event email or call Mike Clemens (mclemens@execpc.com or 262-242-4173).
If you are volunteering at the event in a position such as grid manager, registration, class room instructor or exercise manager contact Mike Clemens before you register for the discount code. You need the discount code before you complete the registration form.
See the Badger Bimmer website for more event information.
If you have a convertible of any type please call Mike Clemens at (262) 242-4173 before registering for the event. There's been a change in the convertible rules for BMW events and I need to determine if your car will qualify for the event.
Event requirements
Convertibles, including those with hardtops, may not be used in the intermediate or novice groups at Badger Bimmer track events. A full SCCA approved roll cage is required for an open top car to be used in the instructor or advanced group. Check with Mike Clemens if you are not sure that your car qualifies for the event.
This is NOT a Racing School, but an opportunity for new drivers and experienced drivers to sharpen their skills on the road and on the track. We welcome a limited number of new drivers and will provide classroom sessions and in-car instruction for all drivers.
Event organizers will make the final decisions regarding run group assignment.
All drivers must fill out a separate registration.
Helmets must be Snell rated M 2000 or SA 2000 or later.
Drivers are financially responsible for any and all damages they cause to the facility and its parts. The only insurance covering you and your vehicle is your own.
