Red Cedar National RoadRally
SCCA Nation Tour using thge MiRally timing system and Digital Roadbook.
We are returning to our favorite roads in Buffalo County this year. Great roads with little traffic. People drive hundreds of mile to run these roads. We will also be traversing the great Pepin County unpaved roads used on many Winter rallies. High quality gravel roads wind through the scenic vallies leading to the Mississippi river.

A NavScat is a map based rally. You are given a number of points to go through and an amount of time to plot and drive the course. The winner is the car that completes the course with the fewest miles. NavScats are for drivers that want to drive fun roads without staringat a readout and navigators that want to navigate, not timekeep.

I either own or have permission to use this vehicle.
I certify the car meets the below and is duly insureed.
You are responsible for insuring the following are in order:
Headlights (high and low beams) and parking lights
Taillights and brake lights
Horn, windshield wipers and directional signals
Rear-view mirror
Foot brakes and parking brake
Tires (inspect for condition of sidewalls as well as tread)
Seat belts, securely installed for the driver and navigator
Safety triangle (optional)
First Aid Kit (optional)
