PNWR and PCA Canada West Region Porsche Clubs Ladies tour Saturday June 3, 2023.
We are excited to a host the First Annual Ladies tour joining up with our PCA sisters from Canada West Region for a tour and lunch! Our PNWR Club is hosting this year. Next year we will venture across the border to tour some fantastic roads and lunch at a winery in Canada.
Tour leaders from both regions Nancy Mao and Tracy Maine from Canada West Region and myself, Pamela Mildenberger, from PNWR have planned what we expect to be a fun and and memorable get together to meet our Porsche enthusiast Ladies across the border.
This year we will meet up at Haggen Grocery in Burlington WA and tour will end up for lunch on the waterfront at Chuckanut Manor Seafood and Grill in Bow, WA. Everyone can order off the menu and pay your own bill! This will be a scenic 2 hour tour with stops to enjoy the scenery and photo opportunities along Chuckanut Drive. Group assignments for the PNWR part of the tour will be made in advance to include the CWR ladies. Written driving directions will also be provided in advance of the tour date. ‘

IMPORTANT: Only drivers register for this tour. Drivers choose your passenger(s) on your own and make sure to list them on the registration form!

Event requirements
Tour Requirements:
- Cancelations and refunds: Cancelations must be made before May 24th
- Car club membership: To participate you must be a current member of the PCA. Porsche owners who are not members may receive a special invitation from the tour leader on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-Porsches on the Tour: Non-Porsches ARE NOT allowed on this tour except in extenuating circumstances (car in the shop, awaiting delivery, etc) at the discretion of the tour leaders.

For Adult participants and attendees: The waiver of liability release form must be signed at the tour start point prior to departing on the tour. Minors have a separate waiver form (Minors as Observers Only) that must be signed by a parent or guardian at the tour start point and be witnessed by the person collecting signatures. Waiver(s) may be viewed in advance on www.pca.org-->Forms and Documents-->Event Management-->Waivers. You must be signed in to the website to access the forms.
- Age and driver's license restrictions: All drivers must be at least 18 years old and in possession of a valid US/Canadian driver's license at the time of the tour. A driving permit is not acceptable.
- Registering for Passengers: Please make sure to include the names of any passengers riding with you during registration in the space provided. If you are participating with a minor (less than 18 year's old), make sure you include that fact during registration! If you have two cars on the tour, each car and driver should register with a separate Motorsportreg account.
