Peachtree Section Holiday Luncheon

Peachtree Chapter has reserved Osteria 1095 Canton St. Roswell, GA 30075 (definition: a community gathering place for pasta and wine) Mattone (a cozy cottage). Valet parking is available as the location on Canton Street in Roswell is a busy hospitality area.
The menu for Peachtree attendees below features seafood entrée salmon as well as a scallop option. Other entrees feature beef short rib or chicken. Attendees will select a first course appetizer and a second course entrée option at the event. The desserts served family style allow everyone to sample all three pastries. The chef's fall menu is based on the availability of a selection of seasonal fresh vegetables and herbs. Each day, the pasta and pastries are prepared from scratch. You’ll get coffee, tea, and sodas as part of your beverage selection. A cash bar is available.
First Course:
Insalata Barbietole | roasted beets, chicory, Tuscan kale, shaved fennel, lemon-dill mascarpone, honey-champagne vinaigrette
Arancini alla Nduja | fried risotto balls, housemade nduja sausage, mozzarella, basil pesto mayo
Polpette | Neapolitan braised beef meatballs, pomodoro, basil
Second Course:
Rollatini di Pollo | herb roasted, lightly fried chicken, garlic sauteed spinach, Marsala sauce
Salmone | grilled M fillet, Romanesco broccoli, cipollini-potato hash, zucchini alla scapece, cipollini gremolata
Agnolotti di Oxo | braised beef short rib-stuffed pasta, savory jus, butter sauce
Scallops | vanilla scented scallops, wild mushroom risotto, mushroom butter, grana Padano, gremolata
Mini Family Style Desserts:
Torta di Cioccolate | almond chocolate cake, espresso reduction sauce
Cassata Cake | pistachio cake, sweet ricotta filling
Seasonal Dessert | Chef's selected seasonal dessert

Lunch will cost $45.00 inclusive (tax and gratuity included) thanks to a club subsidy. Please register by December 5, 2025.
