Fun Run to Lake Arrowhead Antique & Classic Wooden Boat Show

PCA-LA's summer events continue with a favorite: a Fun Run through Angeles National Forest to the Lake Arrowhead Antique & Classic Wooden Boat Show.
For those of us who love the combination of aesthetics and function, the design embodied in classic wooden boats is irresistible. The boat show will give us the change to view them up close on the docks of Lake Arrowhead. Also on display throughout the village will be vintage woodie cars, hot rods, antique wooden boat models and early outboard motors.
We'll start in La Canada, take a route through Angeles National Forest (with a pit stop in Wrightwood) to Lake Arrowhead; approximately two hours of driving time. We'll have brunch in the village with time in the afternoon to take in the sites of the show.
We'll gather in the Lake Arrowhead village for brunch in the Lakefront Taproom, after which members will be on their own to check out the boat show and related exhibits.
It promises to be a fun day with a chance to really exercise our Porsches to get to an interesting and photo-worthy destination!

Meet & Greet: 8:00 AM
Driver's Brief & Route Review: 8:30 AM
Depart for Fun Run: 9:00 AM

Registration for this event is required, along with the number and names of your guests. We will need an accurate headcount for our brunch reservation.
Registration details:
$10 per car event fee (one fee per car, regardless of head count)
Registration will open Monday, May 21, and close on Monday, June 4, at noon.

Event requirements
Remember, all participants for PCA fun run events must sign the waiver form at the beginning of the run. Refunds are covered by the PCA-LA policy for this event.
Please indicate the number and names of guests (other than the registering member) who will be attending so we may get a general headcount. Registration fee is per car only.
