Please join Oregon Region SCCA for our
2015 Annual Meeting & Road Racing Awards PARTY!
No sit-down dinner, just hors d'oeuvres, drinks, gambling, a photo booth with crazy costumes,
and of course lots of bench racing and visiting with friends!
This festive evening will be held at the Red Lion - Jantzen Beach , 909 N Hayden Island Drive,
Portland, on Saturday, November 21st.
Schedule of events:
5:30pm-7:30pm: Registration (gambling voucher provided)
5:30pm: Bars are open for purchasing drinks (free soft drinks)
5:30pm-close: Drivers, Chiefs, & Asst Chiefs pick up awards
6:00pm-9:00pm: Gambling as provided by Wild Bill’s (Black Jack, Roulette, Craps & 3-Card Poker)
6:30pm-8:30pm: Hors d’oeuvres provided
7:00pm-9:00pm: Photo Booth open (free)
9:00pm-close: Dessert, coffee, and raffle drawings (tickets earned via gambling)
9:00pm-close: Annual meeting & presentation of Perpetual & Special awards.
For $45/person, it's a great deal! Late Fee of $10 will apply after November 17th! Please register early!!
