Room rates are reduced down to just $59.99 per night and that rate is good for a double queen bed room. Please make sure that you mention" PORSCHE CLUB" or "OKTOBERFIESTA 2018" when reserving your room. Only 30 rooms are blocked right now, although additional rooms may be booked if they are available. Registration Fees:
Friday Meet & Greet - No fee event. Starts at 5:30 p.m. Participants will be received in the entrance to the bar. Receive your registration packet and event T-shirt upon check-in and also receive a ticket for one free beverage at the bar, courtesy of OktoberFiesta. The free drink tickets are good only on Friday night.
Saturday Drive Out and Tour - No fee event. We are asking for your help with any amount of donations to one of our local animal rescues, The Animal Rescue League of El Paso http://arlep.org/pages/ The ARL of El Paso is a smaller Rescue that is always in need of funds, so Carrera Region has Started fund raising for them in hopes of helping keep them going. Note: Please arrive on time and with a full tank of fuel! The Drive Out Tour group will gather at 9:00 A.M. in the vicinity of the front desk of the Quality Inn for a quick drivers brief and route overview. Master Tour Guide, Andy Medley, will lead a scenic drive through the beautiful southern New Mexico area. BRING YOUR CAMERA! A lunch opportunity and several "pit-stop" breaks will be provided along the tour route. After lunch, the tour continues and then finishes back at the the hotel, leaving you with plenty of time to get ready for the evening banquet. Please be advised - the scenic drive-out tour occurs at the same time as the Saturday HPDE sessions at Arroyo Seco Raceway.
Saturday and Sunday - Early registration for the High Performance Drivers Education and Autocross, which includes both Saturday and Sunday is just $275.00, if registered by October 12th. The price of registration includes lunch at the track both days; one OktoberFiesta 2018 T-Shirt; and admission to the Saturday Banquet for one person.
Saturday Only - , Early registration Drivers education Saturday ONLY is just $165.00 by October 12th. This registration includes lunch at the track, one OktoberFiesta 2018 T-Shirt, and admission to the Saturday Banquet for one person.
Sunday Only - Early registration for the Autocross Sunday ONLY is just $140.00, if registered by October 12th. Sunday ONLY registration includes lunch at the track, one OktoberFiesta 2018 T-shirt. This registration DOES NOT INCLUDE admission to the Saturday Banquet.
Saturday Banquet - Just $35.00 for additional attendees. The price is the same for those registering for Sunday Autocross ONLY and wishing to attend the Saturday night banquet as well.
Saturday Banquet - will be hosted by PCA Carrera Region members Ron and Esther Costa at their beautiful Deming NM home with the local restaurant Adobe Deli steakhouse catering the event. Also, we are very excited to bring the general Manager from Group 1 Automotive to speak about the new Porsche dealership coming to El Paso. Group 1 Automotive is one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States. NOTE: There will be specific parking for the Saturday night banquet event. You will receive details in your registration packet. NOTE: Participants who require special dietary meals for medical reasons, or vegetarian meals, can be assured that their needs will be accommodated. Please email your special dietary requirements to Lenny Loftin at loftin914@aol.com. The OktoberFiesta Team will work directly with the Adobe Deli, who will take it from there. The dinner buffet will star at 6:00pm and the food will be served from 7:00pm to 8:30pm.
LATE FEES: Saturday & Sunday Registration for Drivers Education and Autocross $25.00 will be added if registered after midnight October 12th. This late registration will include lunch at the track both days and admission for one person to the Saturday Banquet, but will not include an OktoberFiesta T-Shirt.
LATE FEES: Drivers education Saturday ONLY- $20.00 will be added if registered after midnight October 12th. This late registration will include lunch at the track on Saturday only and admission for one to the Saturday Banquet, but will not include an OktoberFiesta T-Shirt.
LATE FEES: Autocross Sunday ONLY - $15.00 will be added if registered after midnight Oct 12th. This late registration will include lunch at the track on Sunday only, but will not include an OktoberFiesta T-Shirt.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Only pre-purchase T-shirts will be available during registration for $30.00 each. This price is valid, and you may purchase additional T-shirts in your updated registration profile, through the close of registration on October 1st. After October 1st, a very limited number of extra event T-Shirts may be available for purchase at the event venues for $35 each, short sleeve.

Event requirements
All participants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license to drive on the track or participate in any driving event associated with OktoberFiesta.
Helmet certifications: Snell 2010 or newer. A limited number of loaner helmets will be available at the track.
Closed-toe shoes are required.
No lug-sole type boots or shoes allowed.
Long sleeve shirt and long pants are suggested and highly encouraged, but NOT required.
Tech Sheets can be downloaded from the Carrera Region website (www.carreraregionpca.org). Once at the Carrera Region website, scroll down and click on the "Tech Sheet" hyperlink. Tech Sheets will be in your event packet and will be available at the track as a further convenience. Tech Sheets must be completed and turned in to the Event Registration Desk before you go on the track on Saturday or Sunday.
