NCR 2022 – Rally #4: The Magical Mystery Tour

Whoa!!! What the heck is this!! How about a little “Mystery” in our wanderings through NCR-Land?
Basics: We’ll initiate this “Rally in Two Tranches” in East Central New Hampshire…with a “Special” gathering location (potentially with “treats”)! Then, we’ll course westward for a strong 90 minutes of fine roads and sights…with a request for some astute observations… After about a 45-minute Rest Stop, we’ll continue sorta westward, on roads both new and, for some, familiar, with entreaties for additional fine-tuned observations. We will have a mid-way stop for section two prior to moving on for lunch. Our End-of-Rally landing location is another “Special” gathering spot where observations made en route will be discussed and more treats will be realized.
Full details will be discussed during the driver’s meetings, yes two of them. One driver’s meeting prior to each of the two sections.
One other twist with this “Magical Mystery Tour” is that you will need to bring your own box lunch. We will have some interesting stops, small treats, soda and water may be available for your enjoyment but the main lunch you will need to bring with you.
There will be a neat combination of twisties and runs…with a lot of time “out in the woods”! However, we WILL NOT be entertaining any gravel passages…verboten!

As you’re aware, these rallies fill quickly. Please register soonest to ensure your “spot on the road”!
The Starting Location/Address will be emailed to you just before the Start Day…to maintain the “Mystery” of this Rally. Map, route directions and “observation questionnaires/materials” will be handed out at the beginning of each stage of the Tour.
As noted for earlier Rallies, PCA still has not developed a method for SpeedWaviers for Minors, however we are going to work with the “FOR MINORS AS OBSERVERS ONLY” paper waiver. A parent or legal Guardian must sign this waiver in front of us or have it witnessed prior and then the minor signs. This Waiver is available on the PCA web site and attached for your use.

Event requirements
READ CAREFULLY AND COMPLETELY:
- Drivers must be at least 18 years of age, must have a valid driver’s license, and be a PCA member or affiliate.
- Guest participation requires prior approval of the NCR Rally Chair (Rally@ncr-pca.org).
- You must read and agree to adhere to the 2022 PCA Minimum Driving Tour Standards.
- You must comply with all mask wearing and other communicable disease protocols specified by the organizer.
- You must certify that you have no known physical or mental problems that might jeopardize yourself or others if you participate in this event.
- You must agree to cancel or notify the registrar if you cannot attend this event.
All Adults will be required to complete the PCA-approved SpeedWaiver prior to the Drivers Meeting at the beginning of the event. Only adults may drive in this event.
