NCC FALL TOUR 2012
Belle Grove & Wisp Resort
November 3-4, 2012
The 2012 NCC BMWCCA Fall Tour will return us to the Shenandoah Valley, West Virginia, and western Maryland. The tour will be the weekend of November 3-4 and includes an over night stay at the Wisp Resort. On Saturday, we will visit Belle Grove Plantation in Middleton followed by lunch at the 215 year old Wayside Inn. After lunch, well head west on Route 50 and through the hollows of West Vriginia to our overnight stay at Wisp. There are several possible activities for Sunday and details will follow soon.
The Tour itself will cost $95/person for both members and non-members alike and will include admission to Belle Grove, lunch at Wayside Inn, and the reception and dinner at Wisp. Lunch will include a choice of three entrees and dinner will be a buffet with a variety of options available (including vegetarian). Please note on your registration form any special dietary requests. Accommodations are on your own and Wisp has a block of rooms for us at the rate of $89 (+ & tax). Wisp will guarantee the rate and our block of rooms through October 15, 2012 (before event registration ends), so call early to book your room.
Check-in time for the Tour is 8:30 a.m. and the driving starts at 9 a.m. Directions to the start, route instructions, and additional information will be sent to all registrants the week of the Tour. Event requirements
When registering, you will need to identify which attendees are BMWCCA Members, Associates, or are non-members. The cost is the same for everyone but the information is necessary for planning purposes.
If you pay via Motorsportreg and cancel based on the below policy, your refund will be the event amount less the 5% Motorsportreg fee.
