KCR 2023 Autocross T&T and Event #1

2024 KCR Autocross Test & Tune and Event #1
April 6th & 7th

Everything you need to know is below, so please read it. If you don't, you'll likely miss something you needed to do/know/complete. 

EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE
at the MCC Precision Driving Center
located just past the Great Plains ASPCA on E. Highway 78 
Independence Missouri. 

**Registration closes 5pm Friday before the event. Work run emails will go out by 9pm. All registration must be through MSR. No registration on site. If you miss the registration deadline, you can bribe me to possibly get in. ;) 

**ANNUAL TECH: print and complete this form (click here) to bring with you. There will be NO blank forms on site.

**$15.00 Weekend Membership (for non SCCA members)

Saturday Test & Tune $45.00
Work assignment is group effort and ALL attendees must arrive at 7:30am. Test & Tune is limited to 50 participants and is for people needing to dial it in before the first event. Please do not register if you are not planning to attend. 

Sunday Autocross $45.00   

*Attend Both Days and save $5!

Once you've registered it's important to note the following:

**IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT, YOU MUST CANCEL ON MSR. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION THROUGH MSR, YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED AND YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND.

---Site opens at 7:00 am. SET UP workers arrive at this time.
---Onsite registration/check in opens at 7:30 am at the front gate only (not at the trailer).
---Please arrive on site no later than 8:30 to get registered/checked in so that you have plenty of time to tech your car, do a course walk, etc.
---Mandatory driver's meeting at 9:45am. If you arrive after this time, you cannot register. 
---First car off approximately 10:15. 

***Minor waivers have been moved to an Annual waiver available on the my.scca.com website under "Online Store" and "Licenses and Waivers" - 2nd & 3rd options down click "Add to Cart". You will complete this through the website and retain a copy on the minor driver at all times during events. DO NOT HAND IT TO US TO KEEP, WE DO NOT RETAIN THESE FOR YOU. 

**All classes will be ran by heat, run order determined based on event entry. We can no longer accommodate special requests as they've become extreme and cause flow issues. If you email to ask, your email will not be answered.
