GRR Solo Event # 3 – Location Update!
After diligent chasing and looking from our Solo Chair and committee, we are happy to announce a new location for event #3 this year.
Event #3 will be at The Davenport Schools Ops Center off of Kimberly Rd. in Davenport, IA.
Address is 1008 W Kimberly Rd, Davenport, IA, but just look for the mini golf course and the SCCAGRR banner!
This is a new location, so we’re still figuring out all the logistics of track layout, pit, and tech will be. Bear with us as you arrive and remember this is a very visible location and we’re representing our sport and club the minute we arrive. Drive safely, quietly, and let’s make this a great event with hopefully more at this location!

Non-member entry fee $35

Starting times for all Solo events are as follows:
9:00a - 10:15a - Registration
9:15-10:30a Vehicle Tech Inspection.
10:45a - Drivers Meeting
11:00a - First Car on the Course

PLEASE BE ADVISED. THE ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL IS AN ACTIVE MILITARY BASE. VEHICLES ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH. WEAPONS, SPEEDING, AND GENERAL TOM FOOLERY WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF OUR VENUE AND HARSH FINES/PENALTIES FOR THE INDIVIDUALS. SO BEHAVE!

Event requirements
A valid US drivers license and Snell M2000 or SA2000 or better helmet is required. A few loaner helmets will be available but you will have to share them.
Important Note: Minor Waivers for Events
If you're a minor, or the parent/guardian of a minor, be sure to prepare yourself for the season (club racing and solo) by completing your waiver forms. (Must be completed by the parent/guardian). If you intend to have a minor racing or in "hot" areas of the event, you will need to have completed these waivers that usually require two parental/guardian signatures.
