Event Rules and Site Restrictions
As motorsports enthusiasts, it is the goal of the club to not only host motorsports events, but to demonstrate that motorsports activities can be conducted in a responsible, sustainable manner that benefits the surrounding community and participants everyday driving skills and behavior. With this in mind, participants and attendees are reminded to be respectful of others, property and municipal ordinances, both on and off the event site.
- Racing, burning out, stunting ie. deliberate, excessive drifting, exceeding posted speed limits will not be tolerated.
- No alcohol or drugs are allowed on site.
- Port-a-potties will be available on site for participant use.
- All garbage must be removed from site. Our goal is to leave the venue in the same, if not better condition than we found it.
- Any participant not exhibiting good behavior both on site and/or off site will be asked to leave and may be banned from the club’s performance driving events for a period of 1 year or more if the PCA WRR Safety Chair or Performance Driving Chair deem the infraction warrants it.
- All participants must hold a valid drivers license
- Minors are not permitted in the vehicles or on the course
- Must wear a helmet. ( Any helmet questions please contact Yoon - porsche997yyc@shaw.ca)
- Please remove any loose items from your car including floor mats before running on the course.
- The location is private property, upon site entry all participants, volunteers, and spectators must register & sign a PCA waiver
- We’re powered by volunteers! As a participant we ask that you lend a hand when you’re not driving, this helps the event run smoother and be more fun for everyone.
Also, as a volunteer you’ll often meet really awesome like-minded people.
Late Registrations
Registration closes January 18th at midnight.
The event is planned based off the number of registrants we receive by that date. Late registrations complicate the planning.
If you miss the January 18th registration date but still want to attend (provided the event is not sold out) the cost is $249 per person.
