About this event

POSTPONED!!!
We regret to inform you that this Saturday’s drive to Fast Eddie’s is being postponed. We have just learned that there will be a protest/march happening at Fast Eddie’s sometime on Saturday. Our members’ safety is a priority, and as such, we are postponing this drive to another day. Thanks for your understanding.

Fast Eddies Run - Saturday, Oct. 22 August 2020

MEETING LOCATION: Kohl’s, I-270 and Olive, 955 Woodcrest Executive Dr., Creve Coeur, MO 63141

MEETING TIME: Arrive at 10:15am

For years, it was a St. Louis Region tradition to gather for Jim Singler to lead us on a short summer tour to Alton, IL, to enjoy the cold beverages and relaxed fun at Fast Eddie’s Bon Aire. Despite the COVID craziness, we’re going to reprise this tradition on Saturday, August 22nd. Jim’s son, Tim Singler, has volunteered to lead the drive to Alton for a relaxing afternoon of food and fun on Fast Eddie’s outdoor patio.

At this time, due to St. Louis County and Illinois guidelines, we are limited to 50 people total for this event. Face masks and physical distancing are required when outside your car.

Arrive at the Kohl’s Creve Coeur parking lot (Hwy 270 at Olive) at 10:15am to check in, bringing all required waivers, printed in color and signed. See “Required Waivers” list below. Waivers #1 and #2 are required for all adult participants. Waiver #3 is required for minors.

Drivers’ meeting will start at 10:25am. Please make sure you arrive before 10:25am.

This group will be leaving after the drivers’ meeting ends, approximately between 10:30-10:45am.

There will be no planned stops during the short drive to Fast Eddie’s in Alton, IL. Make sure you make a bathroom pit stop before arriving and have enough gas in your tank!

After the first 50 people register on motorsportreg.org, registrants will be placed on a waiting list for alternate slots, just like any of the HPDE events we host.

Required Waivers:

  1. RELEASE_AND_WAIVER_OF_LIABILITY-PCA2009.pdf
This is the General Waiver for Adults and is required for each participant.
  2. PCA Communicable Disease Waiver 20200625.pdf
This is the new waiver that is required this year, due to the pandemic situation
  3. Minor_and_Parent_Form-WAIVER-PCA2009.pdf
This is the waiver required for any minors attending the event. It must be signed by at least one parent and the participating minor.

Of course, things could change if regulations require, but put this usually popular drive to one of our favorite destinations on your calendar. Please RSVP at motorsportreg.com by August 19th and watch for more details or any possible changes as required to meet the ever-changing restrictions. Of course, we will also post any changes on our Region’s website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages.

Enjoy and be safe!
