Join us for an early morning drive on Saturday, September 5 through the deepest darkest outback of Fairfax and Prince William Counties to The "Gathering of the Faithful event that will be held for the first time in Manassas at Two Silos Brewery!
We will meet at 8:30 AM, departing before 9 am, and arriving before 10 AM at Two Silos where we will be able to park amongst classic and beloved Porsche models and enjoy a pleasant day with your fellow Porschephiles in a safe, socially distanced environment There is no sign-up fee for this drive, but we ask that register for planning purposes and so the organizers of the event know who will be arriving. You will HAVE to register separately if you will be displaying your car at the Gathering of the Faithful event. Event requirements
APPLICATIONS/ACCEPTANCE
- Our events are open to all marques. But we prefer Porsche, of course :)
- You do not need to be a PCA member to participate. But you may find you might want to become one afterward!!
- This event has limited capacity. Watch the website for revisions.
- If you are bringing children 12 or under, you will need to fill out an additional waiver. Please contact driveanddine@pcapotomac.org to obtain this form.
- We will notify you of your status by email. You are responsible for updating your profile in the MotorsportReg.com website to include your current contact and payment information.
- We initially list all registrants as “confirmed”, or "waitlisted" if the event or activity is filled to capacity. When needed, we will change your status as soon as possible. We will provide formal notification of acceptance into an event by email prior to an event. If you haven’t received any notification, check the MSR website for your status.
- There will be a speed and COVID-19 waiver to fill out online prior to the event. The week before the event, we will conduct a MANDATORY virtual drivers meeting. You must attend this meeting and complete your waiver online prior to arriving at the rally point on Saturday 9/5!
- IF YOU CAN'T PARTICIPATE, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL.
CANCELLATION
- If you must cancel, please be courteous and cancel as soon as you can in order to allow others from the waitlist to partiicpate.
- If you cannot cancel online, you must notify the Registrar by email and receive an ACKNOWLEDGMENT by email to verify that you have canceled.
