Drift Nirvana Mountain Melee on the Washington Circuit and Jefferson Circuit
The Drift Nirvana Mountain Melee will take place on both the Washington and Jefferson Circuits! There will be spectating area arranged ahead of time to view both the Jefferson and the Washington. Hone your drifting skills on two different circuits. Both circuits will be open to all drifters with a showcase at 1 PM on the Jefferson featuring Melee participants!
Registration, Tech Inspection, and Driver's Meeting will all take place on the Washington Circuit. Both Paddocks will be available to drifters.
The Washington Circuit (Top) is a flat long course created by connected several skidpads and straightaways. This course is used regularly for drifting and autocross and used to be the home of Summit Point Kart. The Washington is great for all drivings skills from beginners and amateurs to pro drifters.
The Jefferson Circuit (Bottom) opened in 1996 as a 1.1 mile, 14-turn road course designed by Bill Scott for high performance, accident avoidance, and emergency driver training. The track expansion to 1.7 miles was completed in 2014 and now includes a skid pad. The track features challenging turns and elevation changes that reward smooth driver inputs.
This event will include drifters of all skill levels trying out the Washington and the Jefferson as well as a showcase of some of the best Drift Nirvana has to offer when the drifters square off in the Mountain Melee.
Some important points to note:
1. All cars must be registered and teched by 8:40AM, and all drivers must be in the driver's meeting at 8:45AM.
2. Full body work is required. This includes hood, fenders, and glass (front and rear).
3. Your helmet must be up-to-date and in good condition.
4. Vehicles must have easily visible/accessible tow hooks or straps on the front and rear of the vehicle.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL DRIVERS MUST HAVE COMPLETED TECH INSPECTION BY 8:40 AM AND ATTEND THE 8:45 AM DRIVER'S MEETING IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT
Other Rules & Common Sense
1. Full body work required. This includes hood and fenders and all front and rear glass. Side windows should be down or removed. Bumper covers are not required, but some type of structure, either substructure of bumper or a "bash bar" is required. Sunroofs must be closed.
2. Registration and tech inspection ends at 9 AM. Drivers’ Meeting is held at 9 AM. Those who do not complete tech inspection and attend the driver's meeting at 9 AM will not be allowed to participate in the event.
3. Vehicles must have easily visible/accessible tow hooks or straps on the front and rear of the vehicle. OEM hooks are not acceptable if they are blocked by bumper covers
DRIVERS: Your car must pass tech inspection, and your helmet must be up-to-date (SA2010 or newer) and in good condition. You must complete tech inspection and attend the driver's meeting at 9 AM in order to participate. ALL drivers AND passengers must have a helmet.
