What is Drift&Grip?
The Drift&Grip events at Lanier Raceplex happen each month on Friday nights. These events are designed to give track junkies and drifters a place to drive for an affordable price. Run groups are divided by drivers previous experience. Each run group will get 15-20 minute sessions (depending on hours) and will alternate during the event. Drift groups will be sent out a few cars at at time for "X" number of laps, while track groups will use a HPDE style format.

Times: 5PM-10PM

Event requirements
Basic Event Rules: Failure to follow rules could lead to removal from event
- Arrive on time for check-in, tech, and drivers meeting. (Drivers meeting begins at 4PM)
-Line up in the assigned run group. Arrive on "grid" 5 minutes prior to your session in the RIGHT lane
-Follow instructions by the track entrance staff. This includes entering, exiting, additional instructions, flags, etc.
-Pay attention to all flaggers on track
-When exiting the track, all drivers must use a closed fist out of the window. This is to notify drivers and start you of exiting the track
-No overly aggressive driving. This applies to all run groups.
-Passing will be done with a "point-by" on the sections discussed in the drivers meeting
-NO BURNOUTS!!! This is for both on the track and off the track
-All cars must pass the tech inspection before entering the hot track
-All drivers are required to wear SA2010 or newer rated helmets. DOT, M Rated, SA2005, etc will not be accepted
-Any drivers running at night are required to use a minimum of 1 headlight and 1 tail light.
