The event will take place 10 am-5 pm. You may enter the facility anytime after 8 am. Walk-up registrations are permitted until all spots are sold.
- Registration only covers entry for the participant. A separate ticket is required for all accompanying crew, guests, and spectators. Everyone is required to wear their provided wristbands.
- Participants and guests are required to complete a digital waiver for this event.. The link will be provided during the registration process and must be completed before the date of the event.
- Upon arrival at the facility gate, you will be asked to show your state ID and your picture will be taken to verify the accuracy of the digital waiver. If registration is not completed and/or the digital waiver is not completed, you will not be permitted onto the facility.

The following additional guidelines will be in place for this event:
- Trailers are not permitted to be left on the facility after your event. This will be in place until further notice.
Please email cancellations@pittrace.com with any cancelation request to receive a timestamp for your request.
- Cancelations more than 48 hours before the event starts will receive a full refund.
- Cancelations with less than 48-hour notice will receive a credit towards a future event.
- Cancellations or "no-shows" after the start of the event will not be refunded or credited.
- Early withdrawals on the day of the event for any reason will not be pro-rated or refunded in any way.

Anyone entering the facility for this event must complete the Pitt Race Smartwaiver. This includes guests, drivers, and crew. Please copy the link and email it to other members of your team if necessary. Waivers are event-specific, so even if you have completed one for another event, you must complete one for this event. Waivers expire 14 days after completion.
