Audi Carolinas Coastal Tour 2022, hosted by Audi Club Carolinas, will take place March 25th-27th, 2022 at Hilton Garden Inn Outer Banks/Kitty Hawk, NC, use code “Carolinas Audi Club” for Audi Club Group rates.
Join us as we explore the beautiful Outer Banks with its scenic coastal roads, beaches, lighthouses, and other sights. This year’s event is limited to 40 cars (Only 1 car per household), so register as soon as possible to assure your spot. This will be a relaxing family friendly weekend, scenic driving style only, enjoying the sights and beaches so please bring your spouse and children. Event sign in begins Friday morning March 25th at 9 am. Activities will kick off Friday morning in Kitty Hawk at approximately 10:00 a.m. with four groups driving south along the island down to Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. Lunch spot/s will be arranged based on availability of group size (details to follow later). Friday evening a group dinner at our hotel, dining over the water on the Pier. Saturday morning, we will depart our hotel in groups and travel north up the coastline for scenic and historic stops. Saturday afternoon we are going to regroup beachside to enjoy snacks and beverages, later that evening join your Audi friends for dinner over the water. Sunday morning we will have a private breakfast before departing.
Cost to register is $125 per person for Audi Club Member. The cost for kid’s age 0-11 is $65 per child. Registration includes Friday Dinner, Saturday Banquet and Sunday breakfast. Our Saturday afternoon beachside snack will be covered by a club sponsor. Details to follow for anyone interested in ordering a Club logo beach towel.
Event requirements
We must make sure the Audi Carolinas Coastal Tour 2022 is a safe event that conforms to all the current Covid-19 safety protocols, Audi Club protocols and if you do not chose to follow these rules, you will not be allowed to attend or participate this event. Due to COVID-19, Waivers for an event must be signed electronically prior to the event. All participants 18 years of age or older must sign the waivers which are only good for this event. If a member signed up a guest using his or her e-mail address for the guest, please make sure that the guest signs the waivers. Both of these waivers (Event and COVID) must be e-signed before participating in this event. In all cases, you must complete the process on your own mobile device and are issued a photo credential.
You must register anyone under age 18 as a child.
