A new restaurant for this month. Crust is owned by Mr. Merendino, who grew up as a first-generation Italian in the heart of Long Island. Here, his mother taught him to cook using all her delicious recipes, which he now serves at his restaurants. Simple yet truly authentic Italian ingredients transformed from East Coast classics.
