Only if you are attending, be sure to RSVP by September 7, 2019
The deadline to purchase lunch has passed. However, you do not need to purchase lunch to attend the annual meeting, just arrive at the T&A Cafe around 2pm for the start of the Annual Meeting.
In an effort to get the most accurate number of people attending the run, please:
- For a membership of a couple, only one (1) of you need to RSVP via MSR, include the other person on your account as ONE guest, if they are coming with you.
- Also include any additional people in the guest number you may be bringing with you.
For example: Simon RSVP's for the event, then selects 2 for the How many people will be attending with you? prompt, because Nikki & Oliver are coming with him - (TWO guests).

Event requirements
This run is open to Paid Members Only!
You will need:
- Radios
- Pre-purchased lunch ticket** - PER PERSON - (if eating at cafe)
- Have your own lunch prior to arrival at meeting, if you did not purchase a lunch ticket.
- $10.50 CASH - PER CAR - for entrance to 17-Mile Drive
** You will NOT receive a lunch ticket prior to the run.
