Event requirements

Course:    Five laps, outside track, clockwise, one timed run that varies from 4 to 5 minutes.

Cost:    Pre-Registration, SSCC & other club members - $66.00;  Non-members - $71.00.  At track, add $5.00.

Refunds:     Refunds will only be offered if contact is made by Thursday, October 5, at 4 p.m.

Practice Groups (A,B or C):  Choose your first and second preferences on the entry form for your desired practice group.  Earliest entries will have first placement.  Maximum of 24 cars in a group.

Friday:    Tech & Practice for pre-registered drivers only, 1:00 - 4:30 pm practice group A, open 4:30 - dusk.

Saturday:    Registration, Tech & Practice: 9:00 a.m.- 12:30 for practice group B, 1:00 - 4:30 practice group C.

Sunday:    Registration & Tech 8:15 - 1:00.  Timed runs start 9:00 a.m. (see Run Groups below).  Brief mandatory meeting at 8:30 a.m. for groups 1 & 2, 10:50 a.m. for groups 3 & 4, 1:10 p.m. for groups 5 & 6.  If you miss the drivers’ meeting for your run group, you will loose your position in that group.  Cars should be ready to grid immediately after the meeting.

Run Groups:  Choose your first and second preferences on the entry form for your desired run group on Sunday.  Earliest entries will have first placement.  Maximum of twelve cars to a run group.  The approximate times for the run groups are:

    Group 1  9:00 - 10:10          Group 3   11:20 - 12:30        Group 5   1:40 - 2:50

    Group 2  10:10 - 11:20          Group 4   12:30 - 1:40        Group 6   2:50 - 4:00

Location:  Jackson County Sports Park, White City.  From I-5, take Crater Lake exit #30.  Head east on Hwy. 62 for approximately 6 miles.  Turn right (east) onto Hwy. 140, toward Klamath Falls.  After 2.3 miles, turn right (south) on Kershaw Road.  After about 1/2 mile, turn left into the entrance to the Sports Park.  Then right to the Autocross track.

Member Entry Fee:  To use the Member Entry Fee amount, you must provide the name of your current autocross club affiliation and provide proof of current membership when you check in at registration.

SSCC RCS ROC:  The Rogue Challenge Series, Race Of Champions will be on Saturday, Oct. 8, when practice runs finish at 4:30.  The class champions will each drive a specific course, each taking a turn to drive the same car.

2017 Year End Banquet:  All are invited to attend the annual awards dinner on Saturday evening, October 7.  It will be a dinner, catered by Sweet Tea Express, at the track.  It will be BBQ pulled pork sandwiches and BBQ chicken with corn on the cob and potatoes.  BYOB for any other beverage.  Social time will start after the last ROC driver finishes and dinner will be at 6:00.  Cost is free for participants in 4 or more of SSCC events this season.  Otherwise, cost is $20 per person, children 12 or under $10.  Payment of dinners needs to be received by the registrar by Tuesday, Oct. 3 to be included at the dinner.
